LANGUAGES: Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese a must

- Able to work well with Chinese and western clients and crew members

- Great at communication
- Flexible and prepared to 'go the extra mile' to get a project done and a client happy
- Excited and passionate about working in film and TV production
- Good at using technology and comfortable with learning new computer programs, new equipment and new working styles
- Happy to work in a bi-lingual (English/Chinese) environment
- Ability to EDIT and/or SHOOT will be a plus
- Marketing skill and existing broadcaster/sponsor connections will be a plus
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In charge of complex projects, overseeing all processes - from research to post-production
- Effectively communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Work well with director, associate producer, production house assistant and freelancers to make sure products are delivered on time and on budget
- Work as producer/fixer on production service jobs - documentary, news or corporate videos
- Offer support and training to assistants and new staff members
- Keep looking for new ways to bring in business for the company and generate new ideas
EXPERIENCE: You should have at least 3 years experience in TV drama, documentary, news or film. Demonstrated experience of working in an organized way, able to solve problems and keep trying no matter how tough things get! Eager to learn and flexible.
SALARY: Will be competitive, and based on your experience and skills
STARTING DATE: May 2016, flexible
