Responsibilities:
· Work together with the product and marketing team to define the company branding and design identity.
· Responsible for the conception of our web or mobile product and overall brand consistency as well as defining the user experience and design guidelines.
· Communicate and market the design strategy to other stakeholders (developers, customer success team, managers, etc.) and users.
· Consistently update the design and develop a long term branding strategy.
Qualifications:
· 2-5 years in UI design positions
· Experience in international companies, web design and web product
· Fluent in English (Chinese is a plus)
· Experience with InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML and MS Office, innovative use of Photoshop and Illustrator to express ideas
· Knowledge of web standard, UI/UX able to maintain its skills and be proactive to propose and improve the design
· Ability to work in a fast paced, startup environment under pressure
· Be able to research further, develop design ideas and present back to the team.
