This role is a combination of project manager and English copywriter/editor, as well as support in our online presence.
Because innovative, effective, and relevant marketing communications are crucial to engage a changing, international market and represent our world-class brand, this position needs to be filled by a professional writer who is also a native English speaker. The ability to consistently generate excellent, accurate, and creative content is an absolute must. You will need to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity, multicultural environment with demanding deadlines. We need someone who is hard-working and passionate about his or her craft and eager to collaborate on ideas and content. Flexibility, reliability, and patience are also highly desirable. Project management is a major part of this role. Experience in this kind of work is a big plus but training will be given as needed.
Responsibilities
• Your goal will be to support the CCS manager in handling project management, copywriting, and editing needs for the entire organization.
• Write/edit English marketing/patient-focused materials to be published externally by UFH, offering support to other departments as needed, (this includes all print and digital projects).
• Help strategize creative content and approaches for print/digital marketing as needed and collaborate with the rest of the team on creative direction and other project aspects.
• Working closely with designers to create and refine marketing materials to their finished products.
• Assist with long-term CCS goals and projects as directed by UFH leadership.
• All other tasks that are assigned by the Central Communications director or CCS manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above
• Professional native English copywriting and editing
• At least 3 years communications or marketing experience
• Project management skills or experience
• Chinese language ability
