Our full time teachers are given a say in the running of the department, and our company offers not just a supportive and dynamic working environment, but a role in a foreign managed department eager to give teachers the opportunity to have a wider say on how the department is run. All current management began as either a part time or full time teachers, so the management team itself is proof of our company’s approach to progression and the future prospects that come with these roles.
Centers: GuoMao (JinTaiXiZhao Subway Line 10), ZhongGuanCun (RenMin University, Line 4), MaDian (JianDeMen, Line 10), FuXingMen (NanLiShiLu, Line 1)
Working time: Weekdays 9am-6pm or 1pm to 9pm / Weekends 9am-6pm (2 classes & 2 office hours per day)
Full Time Positions:
Number: 3
Salary: Starting at 14,000 per month, with a generous bonus structure based on performance.
Requirements: Age 24+, Native english speaker from US/UK/EIRE/SA/AUS/NZ with 2 years teaching experience.
Visa: As our company is regulated by DongCheng district government, we can create and support Working Visa’s for all applicants who meet the Chinese Visa Regulations. All teachers receive an end of year bonus and 2 days off per week.
Part Time Positions:
Number 5
Salary: Starting at 130 YUAN per hour, with regular wage adjustments according to performance. Our part time teachers may sometimes be asked to help other departments in our company, such as VIP training or Corporate training. We will provide a Z working visa to all teachers who can commit to taking 10 hours of class (or more) per week.
Requirements: Age 24+, Native english speaker from US/UK/EIRE/SA/AUS/NZ with 2 years teaching experience with a current working visa. For exceptional candidates, our company may sponsor a working visa application.
