Drama has traditionally been an important subject in the School. The ideal candidate will be an established practitioner or NQT, able to encourage and nurture creativity in every student. Experience of professional theatre and performance would be an advantage, as would some technical expertise. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of school productions, including contributing to Drama in a boarding environment.
This is a full time role, so you will be expected to get involved with planning.To be considered you must be able to:
Demonstrate good subject knowledge
Set high expectations which inspire, motivate and challenge students
Plan and teach well structured lessons and adapt to the needs to all students.
Manage behaviour effectively to ensure a good and safe learning environment
requirements:
1.bachelor degree or above;

3English native speaker
