All properties are in Beijing -- commercial, apartment/villas, etc. Company has recently moved to Sanlitun location and is looking to seriously develop the Native English speaking markets here in Beijing. They have a nice grasp on some of the European market.
Base salary will be between 13-20k per month. The **commission potential** is why you would be excited and motivated by the opportunity. By closing on a few commercial deals in one month it could get you easily 60-80k in commission (take home) for yourself in addition to the base salary.
It's up to you to see if the commission potential is achievable in this market. The GM will tell you much more.
NOTE:
**Please have professional work experience in Beijing (!!), have a background in marketing, sales, BD,...
**Mandarin skill is Highly preferred ****
**Please be legally allowed to work in China...and actually want to be in Beijing for a few more years at least.
