In line with our expansion into new market segments and region, we are looking for high-calibre individuals or first class students to support our event management team for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Financial Services Event Manager
(Beijing)
Responsibilities:
• Identifying and inviting high-level executives from financial service institutions
• Engaging bankers on the phone and face to face to arrange and conduct interviews
• Managing ongoing communications with senior executives of banks
• Preparing and editing marketing materials for TAB events
• Researching relevant topics and write agendas and preparation notes for moderators
• Transcribing interviews, speeches and training sessions
• Managing event site (includes traveling within the region)
Requirements:
• Completion/pursuit of a bachelor's degree, preferably one in economics, finance, banking or social sciences
• Strong academic results
• Practical experience in event management is an advantage
• Ability to work independently under the guidance of our programme managers
• Strong command of English (oral/written) is mandatory, other regional languages are an advantage
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
