Imagine is an outdoor sports and activities company, run by foreigners and mainly providing for English-speaking and bi-lingual families. We run ski trips, survival training camps, zorbing and are also organising a giant activity festival in May.
We have just opened a new office in CuiGeZhuang area, where customers can come to chat any time to discuss their activities. Your role would be customer service, in the form of:
1) welcoming guests, discussing with them face-to-face about their activities and making sales
2) answering the phone and wechat messages to also discuss activities with customers and make sales.
3) simple bookkeeping
4) other miscellaneous tasks and projects across a wide range of areas
As you spend more time in the company, there are many opportunities to learn about other areas that you are interested in, and your job role can adapt over time. As a small, foreign company, we are very flexile and enable people to discover which roles they personally can grow best in.
Payment is approximately 300 rmb per day, but can vary depending on length and type of work.
Ideal start time is ASAP, before Chinese new year. Beginning with flexible part time, then full time after CNY.
