Job Requirements :
1.Have working experience related in Foreign teachers management or Human resources management. Bachelor's degree or above ,English speaking ability at or near Native level .

2.Understand the differences between Chinese culture and Western culture . Having experience in Foreign teachers trainings , Salary and teachers performance management.
3.Have experience with one on one English teaching and teachers management
4.Good communication skills ,Pleasant and approachable personality,Responsible,logical thinking and highly organized
5.Strong strain capacity, have the good ability to solve emergencies well .
6.Native English Speakers /the Chinese Americans, Singaporeans, Hong Kong citizens /Chinese with overseas studying backgrounds, having campus management experience (International schools or kindergartens working experience ) are preferred .

Job Descriptions:
1.Responsible for performing the company strategy of foreign teacher resources development. To develop foreign teacher resources and to manage company's foreign teacher resources.
2.Responsible for the management of the foreign staffs in all branches, care for foreign staff's sense of belonging, and to make sure the stability of the team .
3.According to the company's development planning, make training plans and ensure good results of foreign teachers stability as well as follow up works.

Benefits:
Full-time work with working visa (one year contract)
Monthly salary: 15K to 20K RMB
Airfare reimbursement of 8000 RMB after one year contract
