The tasks of the assistant will be:
- Translating written and oral communication between the director & the team
- order office supplies, material needed
- help in the team recruitment
- achieve clear tasks given by manager in terms of marketing and project management ( this could lead eventually to more autonomy and higher work position).
It is very important for this job to be interested into participating to the company's life, not being afraid of being multitask and ready to learn new things.
And most important of all: this perfect office assistant needs to be a native chinese speaker.
