We are a large and well established school of 400 students which enables our staff to enjoy their teaching and concentrate on their children without the added pressures that come with many other teaching positions in Beijing. Foreign management for Foreign Teachers and fluently English speaking owners and senior management. The majority of our teaching assistants are from Taiwan so have high levels of English and Western education training.
Renumeration packages range from 14k - 20k net a month depending on qualifications and experience. Monthly bonuses of up to 3k are awarded upon teachers achieving their KPI's. Accomodation and relocation assistance is provided if neccessary. Staff members with children receive free tuition in an International class where fees are currently 13,000rmb per month. Two weeks paid annual leave are offered in addition to the usual Chinese holidays.
