I've spent the last 12 months developing and testing a teaching system the makes learning fun, fast and productive. It based on play, rather than rote and boring classroom learning that teaches vocabulary, but fails to develop results in spoken English ability.
My system has proven success in tests done with children from age 3-8 and more recently I've been building relationships with art schools and community groups that believe in my methodology and support my efforts.
However, beginning in March the demand for my time is going to expand beyond the time I have available and there will be classes starting that I won't be able to teach. I am interested in creating a list of English teachers that I can recommend to schools. I won't be hiring directly, but I will be vetting teachers and providing paid training personally.
The learning system develops heavily on LEGO as a learning medium. Classes consist of learning new vocabulary and phonics study, followed by the instructor demonstrating sentence building with the new vocabulary, followed by 30-45 minutes of playtime that requires use of the new material to participate fully.
The system is a self-motivating method of teaching, in that even younger students motive themselves to learn the vocabulary and piece together sentences because they desire to be fully involved in playtime.
I do not work with any group or organization offering my classes who will pay a teacher less than 300 RMB per hour.
I will not make money off of your work. I will be earning my income by providing related products (flash cards, online learning tools, books, instructional homework videos) to parents.
