• 3 years or above related working experience, large and medium-sized project design experience
Skills and abilities:
• A strong visual tie-in ability, proficient in AutoCAD, and PowerPoint, Photoshop, 3D MAX, and Sketch Up (Illustrator programs is a plus)
• Ability to learn, love design work, innovative spirit;
• Good communication skills, team player;
• Creative and execution, sense of responsibility;
• Detail-oriented, diligent, proactive, able to complete assignments with tight deadlines.
• Ability and desire to learn, innovative spirit, good communication skills, team player.
• Be familiar with LEED is preferred
• Intermediate level in English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
• Participation in the company bidding, responsible of the design on agreed brief provided local or international team.
• Participate in decoration project design, responsible of the floor plan and of construction drawing design;
• Cooperate with the decoration company, assist in confirming the materials;
• Responsible of follow-up, supervision of the construction project and of the quality control
