Main responsibilities, but not limited to, include:
Work on a number of projects with a cross-functional team of developers, designers and project managers to produce high quality web applications;
Make meaningful contributions to projects and bring in some creative ideas as well as expertise from your own field;
Learn studiously where you require further training – the company is willing to furnish you with extensive training where they feel you have potential.
You will present with the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in CS or related field;
Strong grasp of HTML and CSS. Solid experience with JavaScript including JQuery, with preference for pure JS;
Deep knowledge of and experience in web optimization, especially as it relates to page performance (e.g. compression, caching);
Working knowledge of basic Internet structure (routing, HTTP methods like GET/POST/PUT, etc.);
Proficiency in version control system with preference for git;
Knowledge of and experience in testing client-side code with e.g. Karma, Intern, Mocha and debugging in e.g. Chrome Inspector;
Excellent analysing and problem solving ability; willingness to take on challenges required.
