Job description:
1. Providing professional customer service
2. Keep professional customers relationship, ask for feedbacks from client to provide better service
3. Answer the guests’ inquires and provide necessary assistance and service to the guests
4. Take part in the works of the front office and the guidance of the working procedures
5. Help the colleagues in front desk solving the problems in finance, like claiming indemnity etc
6. Maintain the sequence in the lobby area and maintain the safety of guest and property
7. Examine the reception work of VIP, and assist the general manager finishing the reception of important guest
8. Record the important things happened during duty time completely, and finish connection work
9. Cooperate with manager and help to deal with urgent matters
10. Participate in events
Job requirements:
1. Proficiency in English, basic mandarin is a plus
2. Minimum 6 months working is committed
3. Positive, consistently hospitable attitude whilst in and outside hotel property.
4. A degree or experiences in tourism, hotel management or flight/airport services is an advantage
Benefits:
Salary: 8000 – 10,000 RMB a month
