Business Development/ Account Manager (Sales)
WSA is looking to expand our team in Beijing (as well as Shanghai in the future). Our new business development manager will be focused on helping to grow our new business. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking to begin a sales career in an international company, improve their presentation skills and business English, as well as contribute personally to the ever-growing insurance market here in China.
Employee Responsibility:
• Establish channels and partnerships for new business (reach monthly sales quota)
• Service high-profile existing clients (medical claims, inquiries)
• Manage client’s renewal process
• Communicate with various insurance providers on client’s behalf
• Help WSA develop creative new insurance products that ad value to our clients
Work Requirements & Background:
- Comfortable proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- University degree (preferably in business or English)
- Computer literate (experience and knowledge of Word, Excel, and PPT)
- Positive attitude and team player
- Open and excited to learn new information
- Technical and detailed oriented
- Organized to and can manage their time and work load
- Professional appearance and good presentation skills
- +2 years work experience preferred (but not required)
Salary Level:
Base salary is based on personal qualifications. Commission is based on performance and other value added to the company.
