Event planning & management agency Riviera Events is seeking a Designer to join its team in Beijing.
Responsibilities
During the pitching process, the Designer is responsible for creating a variety of designs needed to enhance the sales presentations
Designer must be able to base his/her work on the creative brief and deliver within often tight deadlines; quality of these designs will almost always be a key-deciding factor of whether or not the agency wins the project
Once the projects move into production, the Designer should develop the design required such as the communication materials (key visuals, invitations, etc.), but also the production items (backdrops, decorations, etc.) — as well as ensure these designs are provided ready-to-use by the agency’s vendors (printers, production-house, etc.) to guarantee smooth execution
Requirements
Local Chinese with a bachelor degree in design required
At least 2-year working experience in design at an international event/PR/Adv. agency required
Fluent English required (spoken and written)
Strong interest for branding, lifestyle, luxury and new trends is required
Results-driven, drive & working-intensity
Ability to work in team
Responsible, can be held accountable for tasks
Can be tough against adversity
Great with details
Honest
Potential to develop a passion for event management
