We are looking for an amazing Growth Hacker for our new ambitious project. Are you ready to be a part of our international team?
Your Responsibilities:
-- Be ultimately responsible for user and revenue growth.
-- Conceive, implement, analyze, and improve digital marketing experiments to drive growth.
-- Optimize existing channels (content marketing, social media, email campaigns), and discover new ones.
-- Gather and analyze data like a boss.
-- Influence the product, especially UX, copy, and messaging, based on your understanding of what users want.
-- Establish a growth habit and experiment-driven culture. Eventually build a growth team.
Our Requirements:
-- You have a track record of success in growth / user acquisition in previous roles.
-- You bring a solid understanding of free and paid user acquisition channels. You've mastered at least one channel.
-- You have a ton of ideas, but know that growth comes from structured experiments.
-- You are comfortable implementing your own ideas.
-- You can design or code, or both.
-- You are super analytical.
-- You are not afraid to say I don t know. You routinely figure things out.
-- You have a history of getting things done, even when others thought them impossible.
-- You are passionate about improving education and seriously committed to helping build a startup, even though it means things aren’t always easy.
Other Requirements:
l Currently located in Beijing (or ready to relocate)
l Native or near-native English speaker;
l Specific and verifiable experience in growth hacking;
