We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Financial Sales Manager to join our Beijing office.
Job Description:
The Sales Department supports a global client base of active traders and potential IKON Group clients worldwide. This position will be expected to provide excellent service to our clients by assisting with their inbound questions via telephone, online.
The Financial Sales Manager will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with the clients from China, establish in them a trusting rapport with the company, and be able to proactively engage clients in a team-based environment.
• Answers questions relate to company background, market movement, trade execution and IKON Group trading accounts.
• Respond to inbound/outbound calls, online chats and emails with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct demonstrations of IKON Group trading platform with potential and existing clients.
• Assist clients in technical analysis, fundamentals, corporate actions, other types of market events.
• Coordinate with internal business units to ensure all client requests are completed.
• Work towards team, department, and firm-wide goals.
• Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
• Must be eligible to work in Beijing full time.
• Must be from South-East Asia
• Able to communicate well (written/verbal) in English.
• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree. A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred.
• Experience in the Foreign Exchange industry, knowledge in Forex products and strong communication skill is preferred.
• The candidate must be a quick thinker, a problem solver, good at multi-tasking, and be committed to a career of continual learning.
• Enjoy working in a supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Pay attention to details and be able to provide accurate reports on a timely manner.
