Job Responsibilities
· Develop and execute strategy project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet client’s business needs and requirements
. Lead project planning, hypothesis formulation, research, analysis, synthesis and report construction process
· Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to project team
· Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
. Ongoing client liaison
· Reviews deliverables prepared by project team to ensure client-readiness of outputs
· Effectively applies Beijing Axis Strategy project methodology and enforces project standards
· Formulating and implementing recommendations and business solutions
· Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
· Leading and managing those within the team, including consultants, researchers and analysts
· Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis. Manages project budget
· Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project
· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Job Requirements
· A business or related bachelor degree. MBA or post-graduate qualification is preferred
· Minimum three years’ work experience in international management consulting industry – Relevant experience in China/Asia’s management Consulting industry
· Proven experience in people management, strategic planning and risk management
· Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work in teams with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds
· Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
· Fluent (verbal and written) in English, Mandarin speaking ability preferred
