We are a private English tutoring company called Taowaijiao and we are looking to recruit a full-time education director and foreign teacher to our company.
What you will be expected to do in this position:
1. Work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day at our office.
2. Be on call during working days to teach students when our part-time teachers are not available.
3. Help train our part-time foreign teachers.
4. Make presentations for the courses that you will teach and also participate actively in the product development & optimization.
5. Give an Oral test to the students who are interested in our Taowaijiao platform through telephone or face-to-face.
6. Be able to teach all age groups (Kids, teenagers, and adults).
Requirements:
1. Native English speaker or non native speaker with very advanced English proficiency (especially speaking).
2. English teaching experience preferred.
3. Basic Chinese or above preferred.
4. Proficient at using Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
5. With valid working visa preferred.
Remuneration:
15,000 RMB/month
