We are recruiting a Student Consultant, starting as soon as possible.
Work Content
- Communication with potential students and clients, advice, invoicing and organization of Chinese language courses in cooperation with our teaching department.
- Active acquisition of new clients in the Beijing expat community.
- Improvement of existing processes, contribution of new ideas and plans
- Marketing support
- Follow up and post sales support for existing students to increase customer satisfaction and achieve further bookings
Work Requirements
- Fluent spoken and literary English
- People's person
- Additional language abilities are an asset
- Strong organizational capabilities
- Interest in China, Chinese culture and foreign cultures
- Experience in dealing with foreigners is not necessary, but an asset
- Experience in teaching Chinese is not necessary, but an asset
