Hampson English is looking for fun and creative teachers to join our Fuchengmen branches this summer. We provide stable work and flexible scheduling along with teacher training from American education professionals. Check out the basics:
Job Description:
- 1-on-1 and small group classes (up to 5 students)
- Academic and conversational English, SAT/ACT/TOEFL/IELTS test prep, business/professional English
- We work with teachers and students to schedule classes in the most suitable time slots for all parties
- Students of all ages, most are middle/high school age
- Curriculum, teaching materials, and training provided by American education professionals
- 20-25 teaching periods (50-min.) per week for full-time teachers
- minimal office time required
Qualifications:
- Teachers should be natives of English-speaking countries or non-natives with highly-developed English skills
- Bachelor’s degree or above and 2+ years of education-related work experience (for visa purposes)
- Candidates with TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or similar certification will be given priority
- Minimum 1-year commitment for full-time positions or 6 months for part-time, short-term summer positions also available
Compensation:
- RMB 14500+ per month depending on qualifications and experience, extra periods paid according to part-time wage structure
- Health and accident insurance, housing subsidies, and work visas provided for all full-time teachers
- Paid Chinese holidays as well as 5 to 10 days paid annual leave
- Part-time teachers make up to140-200 RMB per hour, depending on qualifications and class size
