This location-based app lets you meet strangers through social games. The key here is to offer a variety of fun to users that are by and large China’s post-90’s youths. Founded in summer 2013 by former executive of a global mobile game company, they are headquartered in Beijing and already have 30+ million users. You will join a dynamic and international team (60+ staff member at the moment) with an open mind and the drive to change it all.
Main responsibilities, but not limited to, include:
Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code for our HTML5 products;
Complete coding and unit-testing according to specified project timelines;
Translate products designs and wireframes into high quality code;
Work on bug fixing and improving app performance;
Support team leader in ensuring project quality and on-time delivery.
You will present with the following qualifications:
Minimum BA/BS; CS degrees preferred;
2 years or more of front-end development experience, with background in game development preferred;
Well-versed in HTML5 and CSS, capable of writing highly efficient code which can be displayed across multiple platforms and browsers;
Familiar with JavaScript development and proficient in developing interactive features;
Experienced in optimizing web pages;
Clear and logical thinking; diligent and pays attention to detail; strong communication and teamwork skills;
Capable of handling a high task load;
Experience with SCRUM and other agile methodologies preferred.
