The International Human Resources Manager plays an essential role in recruiting and supporting international staff to the organization. The International HR Manager typically serves as member of management and the position is considered to be a middle management level position within the organization. The organization depends on this person's annual recruitment of multiple English Teachers and other foreign staff. The International HR Manager generally is responsible for the development and maintainence of a healthy and effective human resource and administration management system to support international staff needs of the organization and to liaise with programs staff to ensure the effective administration, recruitment, development, and coordination of staff within the organization’s environment.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or higher)
• Minimum 7+ years in Human Resources experience in China
• 3+ years leadership experience

Experience:
• Solid experience and evidence of operational HR duties and HR project execution in an international environment in China.
• Proven experience in driving the development of the strategic plan for an international human resources unit.
• Proven experience dealing with the VISA process in China.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in order to meet deadlines.
