Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for operation and promotion work of the mall in the USA market and responsible for operational indicators in the USA market;
2. Plan and operate promotional activity plans and execute, be responsible for the reaching of activity effect;
3. Summarize operating promotional activities, form analysis report and accumulate experience for subsequent promotional activities;
4. Maintain and develop external resources required by operating promotional activities, form stable and friendly cooperative relationship;
5. Be responsible for collecting and analyzing operating promotional activity plans of competitors and forming analysis report;
6. Track and collect fashion trends and operating promotional models of E-business industry, and put forward rationalization suggestions aiming at marketing strategies;
7. Other work assigned by the department temporarily.
Job requirements
- Experience requirements: More than 2 years activity planning and operating promotional experience in E-business platform.
- Competency requirements:
1. Native English speaker, good Chinese language skill and be familiar with American's commercial market;
2. Be familiar with planning and executing process and rules of operating promotional activities in E-business platform, have practical operating experiences;
3. Be familiar with American consumers online shopping psychology and cultural habits, have a deep research on consumers online shopping behavior;
4. Be proficient in network data analysis, have strong ability of logic thinking, research and data analysis;
5. Have active thinking, clear logic, good communication skills, team-work spirit and sense of responsibility.
- Educational requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. E-commerce, advertising media, marketing, journalism and other related majors.
