We will go out to have dinner/lunch, or go shopping, or go sightseeing in Beijing, or other activities once a week. I pay for your time (50 yuan/hour), You pay for your dinner,groceries, tickets for places of interest....you don't need to do any preparation because we lessons are just like chatting with each other.
