The teacher has to be creative and imaginative that can provide English lessons to children between the ages of 3 and 12 years old in a fun and enthusiastic manner. Our program is based on a more natural setting as we wish to recreate everyday scenarios; class sizes will have no more than 10 students. There will be times dedicated to creative play during each class where the teacher and students will recreate daily tasks through pretend play (play house, visit to the doctor, going to school etc.). Teachers will be required to discuss and plan lessons with the center personnel for their classes, meet with parents on a regular basis to discuss their child’s progress and needs, attend academic meetings and participate in school outings.
Position overview
1. Starting date: ASAP
2. 1 year commitment required
3. Working hours are 40 hours per week including no more than 25 teaching hours and the remainder of the hours will be spent on class preparation, meetings with parents and outdoor activities with the school.
4. Responsible to teach classes for the following subjects: oral English, phonics, reading, and writing, all while under the guide of an existing teaching structure.
5. Training in teaching young learners is provided during the first month for all new employees.
Compensation
We offer competitive salary packages depending on experience and qualifications.
1. Starting salary is between 12000-18000RMB, plus teaching bonus for extra working hours

Qualification
1. The candidate must be from a native English speaking country (USA, Canada, UK, Australia etc.)
2. Bachelor degree or above. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA trained and certified is preferred.
3. Previous teaching experience for young learners in any type setting (camp, daycare, pre-school etc.)
4. Professional attitude and appearance; show enthusiasm and creativity, cooperative and friendly, and a continued drive to improve.
5. Most importantly, the candidate must love working with children, be energetic and patient,
