Beijing Future-sunshine Sports & Culture Co., Ltd was found in the year 2002, and it’s famous for Show 1 basketball training camp, which is focused on kids Basketball training，Oral English teaching and personality building of the kids, we run more than thirty branch camps during weekends ( Saturday and Sunday) all over Beijing，we also have branches out of Beijing City. Now we are looking for quality part-time basketball coaches who have rich experience coaching youth basketball.
二．Job Requirements:
1. Candidates should be qualified basketball player or coach with coaching experience
2. Be healthy and have a clean police record and be able to adapt to the Chinese culture.
3. Be in good personality, be punctual, reliable and disciplined, love coaching and teaching kids with passion, teach kids team-work , be able to encourage and motivate kids in learning the game of basketball with multiple methods.
4. Be responsible for and be patient with kids (they are young, naughty, beginners), be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
5. Speak English during classes, be able to explain drills and exercises clearly and concisely, and be able to teach kids English through some little topics.
三．Age-bracket of the kids/students:
The kids’ age usually ranges from 6-15 years old.
四．Workload & Salary
1. Most of the classes will be 2 hours (no including the commuting time ), and there will be an assistant to help you manage and translate during the class.
2. Depending on the experience and ability of coaching and the classes you have, the salary would be 500-600 RMB ( Pre-tax ) per class , and you can get more if you are very good or you work more classes.
