Our client is a promising fashion-focused e-commerce start-up backed by former Alibaba staff. Their mobile platform aims at providing fashion items for discounted prices to North American customers.
Hand in hand with the Creative and Sales team, you will lead the marketing team by designing and managing digital/mobile marketing programs campaigns (including mobile application, SEO and social media strategies). Other responsibilities, but not limited to, include:
- Implementation of digital marketing plans to support content and sales team, including digital PR, Social Media, SEO, SEM, E-Mail Marketing, etc.;
- Identify customer demands in the US market and execute tactics through maximizing SEM, SEO, social media, and other emerging digital platforms to optimize both conversion and transformation rate;
- Grow customer base via digital/mobile marketing channels, and maintain good relationships with customers via social media platforms;
- Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and web traffic data, PPC analytics;
- Manage and report on results and set organizational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages.
Bachelor or Master holder within the marketing/e-commerce domain, you will present with a solid 3 to 5 years’ experience in the related field. An interest in and knowledge of fashion market in the US would be a big advantage. You will be expected to show strategic/creative thinking. Your excellent management, organizational and communication abilities will allow you to come across as a strategic partner to our client management.
