Responsibilities:
• Plan, develop, and manage digital/mobile marketing programs and campaigns which include, but not limited to: mobile app strategy; mobile app SEO; online/mobile social media strategies for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Ongoing management and implementation of digital marketing plans to support content and sales team, including digital PR, SEO, SEM, E-Mail Marketing, etc.
• Identify customer demands in the international (US) market and execute tactics through maximizing SEM, SEO, social media, and other emerging digital platforms to optimize both conversion and transformation rate.
• Grow customer base via digital/mobile marketing channels, and maintain good relationships with customers via social media platforms.
• Manage and report on results and set organizational KPIs and implement within dashboards using Google Analytics or other analytics packages
• Measure and interpret data to include customer profiling and behaviour across customer journey mapping and web traffic data, PPC analytics.
• Cooperate with the Content editor to create attractive written and visual content for the products.
• Manage the implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/holiday promotions via social media platforms to drive sales.
• Coordinate activities with operations department for necessary support.

Requirements:
• Native US citizen; currently based in China.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/ PR/ Advertising/ Journalism/ Communication/ Business/ E-commerce, or related subject.
• 2+ years relevant marketing experience.
• Understanding of fashion industry in US market and its consumers.
• Experience with Google Analytics – managing and reporting on results; formulate digital strategies.
• Copywriting and brand experience for all channels including web, social media, email marketing and off-line marketing.
• Strategic and creative thinking – able to initiate effective marketing materials and campaigns for online user.
• Excellent management and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and multitasking. Attention to detail is a must.
• Ambitious personality – great interpersonal skills, self-driven and energetic team player with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Photoshop, and other digital marketing tools.
• Chinese speaking skills are a plus.
