• In charge of purchasing and monitoring office...TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• In charge of purchasing and monitoring office supplies (stationary, coffee/tea/water, office furniture)
• In charge of office equipment (computers, coffee- and water-machine, air-conditioner etc.) and contacting service agents for maintenance and repair;
• Welcoming visitors and general reception duties as back-up receptionist;
• Keeping filing/document management system for electronic and paper documents organized;
• Setting annual benchmark declaration for the social insurances bureau;
• In charge of insurance payments for all employees;
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with internal staff members;
• Facilitating communication between staff and management;
• Manage enroll and resignation procedures of staff;
• Recording employees attendance and provide reports to Managing Directors;
• Supervising and checking CRM data maintenance of teams;
• Drafting office regulations and conduct handbook;
• Supervising implementation of company regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or similar;
• At least 3 years of financial management work experience in an international work environment;
• At least 3 years of Office Administration work experience;
• Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and other commonly used software;
• Good internet skills, including use of e-mail programs and group mailing;
• Professional, dependable, highly organized with business maturity, discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude;
• Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical);
• Cheerful presence and people skills;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload;
• Ability to follow directions.
