Job description of a program director:
1, Provide business leadership, strategy and management of the content scheduling areas including programming, media planning and broadcast operations. This includes leading regular status meetings and prioritization sessions of requirements/enhancements and ongoing demand planning activities;
2, Translate business plans and strategies into concrete programs for solution delivery, enhancement, and support;
3, Manage multiple tasks across various teams;
4, Develop and implement plans for feasibility assessment, requirements specification, design, metrics and performance measures;
5, Determines workload, delegate assignments, promote career development, and evaluate performance, skill growth, competency growth, performance goals.
Qualifications:
1, A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required;
2, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline. Master's Degree in a related field is preferred;
3, Be able to plan high level implementation strategy, to judge difficulty level and expected completion times for specific tasks;
4, Strong consultative, influencing and strategic thinking ability;
5, Detail-oriented and have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
6, Be able to work well in a team environment.
