1、通过各种有效途经(如EMAIL,网络等)积极收集可聘外教资料,维系与原外专外教聘请项目单位的联络;
1.Through various effective ways (such as EMAIL, network) to employ foreign teachers actively collect information, and maintaining the connection with foreign expert bureau;
2、筛选简历,按照学校需求选择适合的外教,进行电话测试,并及时解答对方疑问;
2.Resume screening, according to the school needs to choose a suitable teacher, telephone test, and timely answers to other questions;
3、接待来访外教,对其进行面试(包括介绍学校情况,安排课堂试讲,沟通薪酬福利等);
3.Reception and interview (including introduction of school, classroom teaching, communication, salary and welfare etc.);
4、严格按照学校标准程序,与外教签定合同,办理入职、离职手续;
4.Accordance with the standard procedures of schools, sign a contract with teachers, entry and quit procedure;
5、作好学校与外教之间的管理及沟通工作;
5. Management and communication between school and teacher ;
6、认真存贮有关外教资料,合理归档;
6.File relevant foreign data;
7、出席例行会议,执行学校安排的其他工作。

任职要求:
Job requirements:
1、一年以上教育行业招聘工作经验;
1.One years of educational industry working experience;
2、英语及人力资源管理相关专业;
2.English and human resource management related major;
3、英语听说读写流利,能与外教无障碍交流;
3.Fluent English, and foreign exchange without obstacles;
4、具备优秀的沟通能力、谈判技巧,能够独立开拓招聘渠道;
4.Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, independently develop recruiting channel;
5、有外教资源丰富者优先,有招聘渠道尤佳。
5.Having foreign resources or recruitment channels is preferred.
薪资:4000-6000
