1. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting school Beijing Marketing Division;
2. He/she will have to ensure the marketing strategies for school Beijing are followed through.
3. He/she will implement marketing projects with responsibilities that include public relations, marketing events management, and liaise with designer to coordinate and collate content, collateral material production and distribution.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Work with the team to organize promotional events and activities
2. Liaise with external partners for related marketing projects.
3. Coordinate the production of branded items such as stationery, gifts and merchandise.
4. Maintain event and lead databases.
5. Maintain partners’ and contact databases.
6. Maintain Office Inventory.
7. Assist in market search and track competitor activities regularly.
8. Reporting.
9. Maintenance of school website.
10. Supervise social media outreach.
11. Deliver content via LinkedIn, Wechat, Facebook, EDM or direct mail
12. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Marketing
Requirements and Qualifications:
1. University graduate with major in Marketing, Communications, and Business Management or related
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in marketing, public relations and/or sales.
3. Preferable native English speaker.
4. Excellent Team Player and communicator, both verbal and written.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
6. High level of initiative and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with clear expectations and time-lines.
7. Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
8. Good computer and software skills.
9. Experience in online or digital marketing (social media, analytics, email marketing).
Job Location:

Payment
• Around 25000 RMB/month (depend on how good you are)
