Job Description:
Role Summary/Purpose
The role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships with
customer representatives, ensuring Customer Satisfaction and maintaining all equipment models
specific to a modality or modalities in the assigned area.
Essential Responsibilities
Participate in monitoring machine and equipment daily maintenance, system data analysis,
and assist engineering to improve system's software.
Communication with company engineering regarding to specific technical issue, Solve
technical problems, help to find and determine problem's root cause, provider
troubleshooting solution to owner.
Review and audit owner's periodic maintenance, track on process of maintenance activities.
Responsible for edit/translate on relevant technical files, contact sheets, interface protocol
document.
Assist owner to strengthen supervision system operation, fill in process checking record
report on audit sample as required.
System troubleshooting, communication with company engineering. So ensure to solve
technical problems happened during system's daily operation in time.
Carry out company's commission testing work on site, complete required field investigation
and corresponding technical changes. Supervising its technical requirements, quality and
progress.
Responsible for part of after-sales working, regarding to spares purchased from company.
Candidate requirements:
Bachelor's degree Engineering from an accredited university or college is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in an engineering or maintenance position.
Language / Ethnicity
Local residence in the assigned area.
Good understanding of spoken English and be able to read and write English.
Personality attributes and experience
Can read electrical engineering design drawings;
Strong planning and execution capability, analysis, problem-solving and learning ability.
Skillful communication coordination capability.
Strong ability in hands-on debugging.
Strong sense of responsibility, mature, can adapt to shift work, night shift, and working at the
weekend, when required
