Qualification Requirements:
1. Native English speaker from US, CAN
2. Bachelor degree or above
3. TEFL or TESOL certificate preferred
4. Teaching experience with adult preferred
5. Friendly，humorous, patient, caring and cooperative
6. Make sure to stay in Beijing for at least 6 months
