Receptionist, (Employment & Residence Permits are provided)
Job duties:
- Make bookings and registrations for new customers and the existing customers;
- Give a warm greeting to all people entering the premises;
- Receive, screen all incoming phone calls and connect them to the appreciate personnel;
- Sort out and handover important packages and deliveries or messages to appropriate departments;
- Clerical management and other administration support to management;
- Other ad hoc work assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Good dressing ability and ability to carry one’s self decently ;
- Major in Hospitality or any related disciplines;
- Working experience in the hospitality industry, airline service industry is highly preferred;
- Politeness and patience;
- Excellent interactive skills and good communication abilities;
- Native English speaker or near to native English speaker;
- Mandarin is a MUST.
