Besides teaching, your responsibilities will be:
-Recruiting other foreign teachers
-Coaching them and coaching the Chinese TA
-Communicating with the parents (in Chinese if you can, or the TA can help to translate)
I'm looking for someone who will care about the school as much as I do and will give a % of the profits and bonus
for achieving goals.
-Your basic salary will start between 10 000 to 15 000 after tax a month depending of your experience, if you speak Chinese.
if you play music and sing well, and how much you're ready to be involved.
-You will get 20% of the profits
-Lots of bonus (commission for students signing when you do the demo class 5%, recruiting a new teacher, doing extra task, resigning a yearly contract,)
-We can provide you a place to stay at 2 minutes walk from the school
-We can get the working visa for you and pay for it
We expect your monthly salary to be between 15 000 to 30 000 a month after a year after we pay all bonus and commission.
The maximum teaching hours a week is 25. If you want to do more and it does't prevent you from doing your other tasks, you will
make more money. The maximum working hours a week is 40.
Who's going to be considered first;
People from the 5 usual countries; Canada, USA, UK, Australia or NZ
Experience teaching children in China
A university degree (in case we provide the visa, it's a must)
Can speak and understand a bit of Chinese
Between 25 to 45 years old
a father or a mother
Can play music and sing well
Can manage and coach other foreign teachers.
Someone stable in China who is not planning on leaving for the next few years.
Already in Beijing
