Duties:
• Manage and coordinate relocation services rendered to corporate specific accounts.
• Coordinate orientation and home search programs for clients.
• Accompany clients and their families on orientation and home search services.
• Effectively make home search arrangements for the clients including transportation, provide customers with comprehensive, instructive and detailed consultancy services.
• Complete all relative administration work.
• Follow up on house issues.
• Manage relationship with Corporate Clients and related Human Resources teams.
• Develop new processes and improvements to benefit both clients and company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• 2-4 years experience in high end real estate market.
• Able to multi-task, excellent problem solving skills, and able to expedite conflict resolutions.
• Excellent time management skills; proven ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to function in team environments.
• Sales communication, coordination skills and experience working with corporate clients.
• Prior experience from Customer service/sales is a plus.
• Passionate about customer service and very responsible.
• Proficient in Office package, Power Point, PDF etc.
