1. Age and Gender: No restriction
2. Nationality: Westerner or Chinese
3. Language Fluency:
***If Westerner: Fluent in English, preferable if also fluent in Mandarin
***If Chinese: Does NOT need to be fluent in English, no English Requirement
4. Location: It would be preferable if you already live near the Sanlitun area or are able to easily come to Sanlitun
Work: You will be in charge of selling gym membership cards to potential clients. You will go out and find Westerners (though you can also sell to Chinese) living in Beijing and promote the gym, selling membership cards.
Membership Cards: These cards cost 1200 rmb each (for 10 classes). Boxing, Kick-Boxing, MMA, Fitness Classes.
Salary: For each membership card you sell, you will receive a commission of 200 rmb. If during a one month period of time, you are able to sell more than 10 gym cards, you will then receive 300 rmb per card. If you are able to sell at least 10 cards per month for a 6 month period, then after the 6 month period we will also offer a fixed one month salary in addition to your commission.
Benefits: You will receive free gym membership; able to attend all classes and utilize the gym for personal fitness.
Work Schedule: You have the freedom to work around your own schedule; there are no time constraints; you can make your own schedule.
