Location：Chaoyang District, Beijing
Responsibilities:
1. Collect the related laws and regulations about bid and tender
2. Bidding documents drafting, quotation, and assessment
3. Assist the operations to draft the contracts and agreements, cooperate with the review managements
4. Participate in the whole process of cost control and management
5. the other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or the above, business or commerce related major is preferred
2. Strong files handing (drafting and polishing) and presentation skills
3. Good information collecting and analysis ability
4. Native English speaker, conversational Chinese
5. Familiar with office software, good PPT skills is more welcomed.
6. Familiar with bid and tender process.
