Working Location: Beijing or shanghai (part time)
Job Qualification:
1. Anticipate various activities and events on behalf of company; build up and maintain close relationship with media, developers, government department and etc. Oversee the internet and social media activities; prepare articles and pictures for brand building, market communication and etc.
2. Communicate with overseas consultant team, and responsible for the international business reception work.
3. Prepare marketing material/presentation/proposal, travel and attend meeting.
Requirements:
1. Native-English speaking countries ( the US, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand)
2. At least 2 years of marketing experience or hospitality/interior design/architecture/real estate development related experience.
3. Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related subjects.
4. Fluent in Chinese (Speaking)preferred
5. Excellent presentation skill, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive and positive attitude
