1/ Identify target customers and provide customer insights by interviews, surveys, focus groups and customer observation;
2/ Build a deep knowledge of our market, customers and competitors and guide product roadmap/strategy;
3/ Use marketing as a channel to test and validate feature/product ideas before engineering resources are committed to develop the product
4/ Communicate a market position that is differentiated, clear, defensible and monetizable including pricing, messaging, packaging, promotion and selling of products; 5/ Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
6/ Arm sales (direct and channel) with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful
7/ Create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, social, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
8/ Assist sales on calls when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.
9/ Manage web improvement requirements and collaborate with UX and front-end team for building and optimize company/product websites.
Requirements:
1/ Bachelor degree or above or equivalent working experience.
2/ Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management.
3/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills --- there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting/selling ideas in this role.
4/ You will be expected to work with product teams to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use smart calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific CTAs.
5/ Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates and prospects.
