Job Description:
• Studying and understanding the EB-5 process and trends in the Chinese market for EB-5
• Presenting projects to partners and groups of high net worth clients
• Travelling to visit partners throughout China to deliver presentations
• Conducting market research and developing EB-5 projects attractive to the Chinese market
• Creating and refining PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials
• Providing training and support to the international sales team
Job Requirements
• American passport holder or has lived in the U.S. for an extend period of times
• Ability to take frequent business trips
• Strong sales or marketing experience (minimum 2 years)
• Strong presentation experience and communication skills. Ability to present to groups of clients is a must
• Fluent (approximately native speaker level) spoken and written English. (Basic Mandarin a plus but not required)
• Microsoft office, particularly Word and PowerPoint skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or business-related fields a plus
• Must be disciplined, self-motivated, resilient and able to cope with market related activities
