• Work with Content Managers and BU to identify product language requirements and to define terminology and localized brand names for new products and features.
• Create and maintain Style Guide; and solicit input from Content Managers and BUs.
• Ensure Glossaries, Style Guide, and quality standards are adhered to across all content.
• Deliver and maintain good language quality for the site.
• Conduct quality improvement projects as needed
