Our client is one of the most exciting mobile + social gaming companies in the world. The client is currently undergoing rapid expansion and at this stage is seeking a number of candidates to assume positions in the Beijing office.

Responsibilities:
1. Generalist marketing style tasks relating to game community; to be the bridge between players and the studio;
2. Help answer users’ questions relating to the game via customer service channels;
3. Report major questions and customer service metrics;
4. Manage day-to-day outbound communications and metrics;
5. Manage communications and cross-promotions of games;
6. Write, post and manage international page content;
7. Create and administer surveys (+ involvement with contests), presenting results to the studio;
8. Translation and polishing of content;
9. Work and support studio live events;
10. Market research for your own region.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing/ Psychology or related field;
2. One (or more) year(s) experience in customer service/ community management from gaming or FMCG industry, preferably with social gaming experience;
3. Candidates with experience of, or interest in, Chinese Chess, Chess, or card games (+similar games) will be viewed positively;
4. At this stage we require native speakers of Norwegian, Turkish, French, Dutch and German only. Chinese language skills are viewed positively;
5. Experience using office and Photoshop.
Salary and benefits:
1. Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 CNY per month (negotiable) + significant yearly bonus + rapid salary increase on condition of target attainments;
2. Free meals at work.
