An prominent English education institution with training centers across China is now seeking for experienced English teachers to join its team. Qualified candidates will be offered competitive compensation packages, comprehensive training arrangements, and great career development opportunities.
Candidates must be native English speakers.
Responsibility:
Teach and implement the certified Method;
Prepare to teach and Implement the classes of adult student base;
Meetings: Weekly Meeting with the SM, Monthly Center meetings, etc.;
Give feedback to students.
Teaching hours: 25 - 35 hours per week
Class size: 4 - 12 students
Teaching schedule: combination of weekdays/weekend
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary: 11900-17000 RMB
Reimbursement upon valid official invoices:
Expenses for flight, non-criminal certificate application and post fee (up to RMB 5000)
Expenses of the health check required by Chinese embassy overseas for z visa application, visa application fee of embassy, visa agency fee and urgent service fee if you would apply for one to catch on board date
Expenses for local health check after your arrival in Beijing, health check result post fee and taxi fee to the health check center (up to RMB 30)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above;
Native English speaker;
At least 2 years teaching experience post Bachelor's degree;
TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or equivalent;
Customer service background is a plus;
Exposure in flexible working hours or shifts desired.
Willing to work weekends and evenings

A copy of your bachelor's degree
Reference letters
TEFL/CELTA/TESOL or equivalent certificate
Release letter or cancellation letter
