Job description
We are looking for English native speakers (m/f), to present and explain the concept of Lingoda. The role focuses on speaking with potential clients, in a supporting role to our sales team, about the positive benefits of Lingoda learning.
You are able to define the workload of 8-25 hours per week yourself, thus working flexibly and remotely. The basic fee amounts to 10 EUR / per hour.
Your tasks
• Customer acquisition through trial classes
• To sell the concept of Lingoda learning
• Autonomous customer care
Your profile
• English is your native language
• Fluency in other languages (Arabic, German, French,...) is a plus
• Flexible working hours
• You are at ease with computers and Skype
• You are:
o Reliable, friendly and convincing
o Pro-active, committed and communicative
o Result oriented
• You have:
o A fast DSL-line
o Very good technical equipment (clear sound and excellent video)
o A knack for sales
o Experience in sales-area and / or customer contact
o A business related background (studies in BWL, VWL, International Business, Business Administration, apprenticeship for clerks, etc.)
