2、Company: The company is an education company that helps Chinese primary and middle school students with their English reading and writing mainly and help them to go to American middle, high schools in the future. So it is not just teaching ESL but also teach reading, writing skills and also expend their vocabulary. Most of the classes are one on one classes, some are more, but definitely not more than 6 students a class. Books and curriculum are provided. The teachers also need to be creative and tailor the students’classes, teach the students according to their level.
